zs444 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zs444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the zs444 online gaming platform, accessible at zs444.win and through the official zs444 mobile application.

zs444 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Pakistan players. Our services include sports betting (including cricket, PSL, T20 international matches, football and esports), live casino games, slots, bingo and related gaming products. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — through a web browser on desktop or mobile, or through the zs444 app. By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with zs444.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the zs444 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. zs444 is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not accept registrations from anyone under the age of 18 and any account found to be operated by a minor will be immediately closed and any funds returned.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of a zs444 employee in a role that provides access to platform operations, game configurations or financial systems.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not have been previously suspended or banned from the zs444 platform for violations of these Terms.

03 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on the zs444 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, payment method or household — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. zs444 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately and change your password.

• One account per person, per device, per household.
• Registration details must match the name on your payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account, etc.).
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Account sharing with another person is not permitted under any circumstances.
• zs444 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during your time on the platform.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on zs444 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — instant credit to your account balance
• Easypaisa — instant credit to your account balance
• Raast — typically credits within 1 to 4 hours
• Bank Transfer — credits within the same business day in most cases
• Debit Cards and Mobile Wallets — processing time varies by provider

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed at the time of deposit in your account dashboard. zs444 does not charge a platform-side deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly.

You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and will be returned. This policy exists to protect against fraud and to ensure that withdrawal requests can be matched to verified payment sources.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal is processed. This includes identity verification and confirmation that your payment method matches your registered name.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before the bonus-derived portion of your balance is withdrawable. Your real-money balance (funds you deposited yourself, without bonus) is withdrawable at any time subject to verification.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. For example, if you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will be returned to the same JazzCash wallet.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings at the time of request.

Typical processing times for withdrawals are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally completed within 2 to 6 hours. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals are generally completed within 24 hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

zs444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on the platform:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not as real-money funds. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted on those funds. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses are offered to one account per household. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• zs444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled before its wagering requirement is met, any winnings generated from that bonus balance will be removed.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be removed from your account automatically.

07 Gaming Rules

All games on the zs444 platform — including sports betting markets, live casino, slots and bingo — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and international cricket fixtures).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, zs444's specific settlement rules for that market type will apply. These are displayed within the relevant betting section.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and market availability. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be edited or cancelled.
• zs444 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — for example, where an incorrect price was offered due to a technical fault — and will notify affected players and return their stake.

For casino games and slots, the Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game. These figures represent statistical averages over a large number of game rounds and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zs444 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, evading a previous suspension or any other reason.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment details to fund your account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing low-risk bets that technically meet wagering requirements while avoiding genuine risk exposure.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino or any other game involving multiple participants.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, data-scraping tools or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors: Taking advantage of obvious platform errors, including incorrect odds, game malfunctions or display bugs. You are expected to report such errors to support immediately.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, cycle or withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring their origin. zs444 cooperates with relevant financial monitoring requirements and will report suspicious activity.

09 Responsible Gaming

zs444 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable and safe. We encourage all players to game responsibly and within their personal means. The following tools are available in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to alert you after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Gaming should always fit within your personal budget and should never be used as a way to resolve financial problems. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the zs444 platform — including but not limited to the zs444 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text content and software — is the property of zs444 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zs444 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over platform content and is revoked immediately upon account closure or suspension.

11 Limitation of Liability

zs444 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a stable and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted, zs444 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss resulting from the outcome of bets or games placed on the platform.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or delays in processing.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses not directly caused by a proven breach of our obligations under these Terms.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, banks) that affect deposit or withdrawal timing or availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

Your use of the zs444 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity and comply with anti-fraud requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

zs444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms.
• Account activity suggests fraudulent, abusive or illegal behaviour.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• We are required to do so by a legal obligation or formal request.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

zs444 will notify you of any account suspension via your registered contact details unless doing so would compromise an active fraud investigation.

14 Changes to These Terms

zs444 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on their account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.

Minor changes — such as clarifications, grammar corrections or non-material rewording — may be made without specific notification, though the Last Updated date will always reflect the most recent revision.
